Rules and Regulations of Inzozi Africa House
We are happy to have you as our guest. Compliance with the rules and regulations of Inzozi Africa house enable us to ensure that you have a peaceful and safe stay.
General Rules Of The Inzozi Africa House:
Payment is done on arrival and guest is allowed to choose his /her preference method of payment.
Every guest must be registered and provide all required documents before being assigned the room.
If a guest has not specified the duration of his/her stay, it is assumed that the room was rented for only one night.
Check in time 12h00-21h00 and check out time 08h00-10h00, the guest who stays in a room beyond indicated time of checking out without communicating will be charged the amount of next night.
The guest should inform the receptionist his/her request to prolong his/her stay beyond the duration shown on arrival.
The guest is not allowed to give the room key to other persons except our staff members.
Whenever the guest is going outside the house must leave the key to the reception, when a guest loose the room key intentionally, he/she will be asked to pay lock’s replacement price
No refund once the payment is done.
Any damages caused by the guest's misuse of the property's item will be charged at replacement costs.
Please do not leave trash in hallways, entranceways, or other common areas. Dust bins are located everywhere in the house.
Any friends, family and non-registered guests are not allowed to use any of the house items and not allowed to enter in the room; all non-registered guests should stay at the balcony or in the restaurant.
Under 18 children must be accompanied with their parents and not permitted to run or play in corridor or any other areas that disturb other guests or neighbors.
Please do not smoke on balcony or inside the house and do not throw cigarette ashes on the balcony or any other common areas.
It is prohibited to play loud music and making noise inside the house.
The use of guest rooms or the lobby as an office is prohibited
The use of facilities and or amenities in the hallways or the guest rooms for any other purpose is prohibited
Installation of any foreign item in to guest rooms or any part of our building is prohibited
Leaving luggage or other items in the hallway, lobby or in any other common area is prohibited.
Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the house is prohibited
Price is per individual not per room
The last restaurant order must be placed not later than 21:00
The resto-bar is open from 7:30 am up to is 21:00 pm
Breakfast is served every day from 7:30am until 10:00am in Coffee shop area. If you need to take it in your room you pay extra fee of 1$.
